Anna is a highly experienced clinician and educator with over 17 years in clinical practice and teaching. Her primary areas of focus include gut–brain health, mood and mental wellbeing, stress resilience, and integrative nutritional, medical, and herbal science, with a strong emphasis on both women’s and men’s mental and emotional health.

Anna holds degrees in Chemistry, Physics, Human Nutrition and Food Technology, and Naturopathy, and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Brain and Mind Sciences at the University of Sydney. Her passion for science and natural medicine began in high school and has been shaped by international experience, including living and working on an organic farm in Switzerland.

With qualifications spanning both science and natural medicine, Anna takes an integrative, evidence-based approach to care, drawing on ongoing research in functional medicine, ethical clinical practice, and the body’s innate healing capacity. Alongside her clinical work, she lectures in Nutritional Biochemistry and supervises naturopathic clinics at Endeavour College of Natural Health.

Outside of practice, Anna enjoys mountain climbing, cold-water swimming, and cultivating stillness of the mind.
